Returns

 

Contact me within 15 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since  you received your item(S) unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.   

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at imperioofjewels@gmail.com If your return is accepted, please fill out the form that was included with your order or download a form here.Include the form with the order item(s) that you will be returning. Return shipping fees will NOT be covered by Imperio of Jewels. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover return shipping costs. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: ( if applicable ).

 Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved ,then your refund will be processed ,and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method  of payment,within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds: ( if applicable )

If you haven’t received a refund yet,first check your bank account again.Then contact your  credit card company,it may take some time  before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank .There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet,please contact us at imperioofjewels@gmail.com

Our return policies are subject to California returns & refund policy laws, all legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of California law

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If is our mistake we will be responsible for paying for shIpping costs for returning the item(s)


Exceptions / non-returnable items: 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange am item, please be sure to contact us first at imperioofjewels@gmail.com Please let us know the specific item(s) you wish to return and the new item you wish to receive. If the new item you wish to receive costs more than the item you wish to return, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which is due upon receipt. We will ship out the new item when the original item is received and remaining balance has been paid (if applicable). We will  If the item you wish to receive costs less than the item you wish to return, you issue you a refund for the difference once the original item has been received. Upon receipt and processing of the original item, we will send out the new item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item you want.
