After choosing your product(s), quantity, size(s) & shipping method, simply click the "BUY IT NOW" or "ADD TO CART" button that can be found at the bottom of each product description then proceed to checkout. If you are buying multiple products, click the shopping bag icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we do NOT accept any changes. If you are unhappy with your order once it arrives, please send us an email at info@imperioofjewels.com. After you make contact with us, please fill out the Returns & Exchanges form included with your order or click HERE to download the PDF form.

We accept: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All prices will be shown in the local currency depending on which country (GEO IP address ) the customer is in for their convenience. However, when checking out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.

Please ensure that all shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping staff, which takes 3-4 working days to process. The shipping department will then fill in the tracking codes to the data entry, updating the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation to the customer. *If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order at info@imperioofjewels.com* We will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels To all UAE customers, please provide your PO Box or Zip code during checkout to avoid processing and/or shipping delays. Postal Services and our store are different entities hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or other local postal services.

Our handling time takes 3-4 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

The shipping duration depends on delivery location. Most in-stock items are shipped within 3-4 business days and will arrive in 3-5 business days after they have been shipped if the order is within the US. Delays may occur due to holidays and/or any unforeseen events. Custom inspection can also be a factor during shipment. There is greater shipping variability for international orders' delivery time.

When your items have been shipped, we will send a notification email to the registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates.
