Imperio of Jewels always offers free shipping on all orders OVER $45 within the United States.

Orders UNDER $45 within the United States  that do not qualify  for free shipping,will be shipped via First Class USPS for flat rate fee of $5.00,due upon purchase  of product(s).  

All international  orders will be shipped via DHL Express ,USP, or USPS.International shipping rates will be calculated based on region,due upon purchase of product(s).

Most in-stock items are shipped within 0-1 business days and will arrive in 3-5 business days after they have been shipped if the order is within the US. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). For international shipping, shipping time varies depending on location; please check your local shipping for more details.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as orders are shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update once you receive notification that your order shipped.

If any items are out of stock, customers will be notified. Certain designers make their products when the item is ordered. If this is the case, we will notify the customer. Please allow for extra time for processing and delivery. If you order items that have different availability times, we will ship your order when your FULL order has been fulfilled.

Imperio of Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items. Customers are encouraged to contact their local USPS mail courier to resolve these issues.

Imperio of Jewels is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the packages are returned to us, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to RESHIP the order.

A 3rd party company will perform your delivery. For orders in the US, we deliver via USPS. In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your participation is needed. Below are the terms about deliveries.

1. In the shopping cart you will seen an Estimated Delivery Timeframe please note that this is not always a guaranteed delivery timeframe for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. This timeframe of days or weeks is calculated considering the total amount of processing for your order including packaging and transit time to the delivery address.

2. When placing your order ,we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Time frame Of Weeks

ORDER PROCESSING: the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 0-1 days however, some orders may ship within as little as 24 hrs and some may take up to the full 5 days.

TRANSIT TIME: the amount of time it takes your orders to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

3. Deliveries can be made between the hours of 7am and  8pm on business days.

Sometimes the delivery company will provide you with an approximate time window. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

4. The buyer is responsible for re-delivery fees if original delivery is not possible.

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged, or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.

5. We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online begin processing almost immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and delivery time. If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced.
