Imperio of Jewels offers free shipping for orders over $100 within the United States.
All US orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be shipped via First Class USPS for a flat rate fee of $5.00, due upon purchase of product(s).
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or USPS. International shipping rates will be calculated based on region, due upon purchase of product(s).
Most in-stock items are shipped within 3-4 business days and will arrive in 3-5 business days after they have been shipped if the order is within the US. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). For international shipping, shipping time varies depending on location; please check your local shipping for more details.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as orders are shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update once you receive notification that your order shipped.
If any items are out of stock, customers will be notified. Certain designers make their products when the item is ordered. If this is the case, we will notify the customer. Please allow for extra time for processing and delivery. If you order items that have different availability times, we will ship your order when your FULL order has been fulfilled.
Imperio of Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items. Customers are encouraged to contact their local USPS mail courier to resolve these issues.
Imperio of Jewels is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the packages are returned to us, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to RESHIP the order.
